Analytics & Cookie Notice
This notice explains how MAG OptiAI uses analytics and similar technologies to understand website and product usage, measure launch activity, diagnose issues, and improve the service.
It should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Data Processing & Retention policy.
Analytics tools
MAG OptiAI uses Google Analytics / gtag where configured for public website analytics and Pro Console product analytics. Analytics is used to understand page views, product interest, feature usage, errors, and beta-launch activity.
The analytics code is configured through Google Analytics measurement settings and may load scripts from Google Tag Manager or related Google domains.
Information collected
Analytics events may include page paths, page labels, product or workspace identifiers, CTA or form status, action names, section names, file type categories, normalized error categories, device/browser information, approximate traffic data, timestamps, and similar usage metadata.
MAG OptiAI does not intentionally send raw uploaded files, full prompts, full operational datasets, payment card numbers, or full contact-form message text through its analytics event layer.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics and related analytics technologies may use cookies, device identifiers, local storage, or similar technologies to measure usage and recognize traffic patterns.
Authentication, billing, security, and platform providers may also use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in, session management, fraud prevention, checkout, service operation, and security.
Why analytics is used
Analytics helps MAG OptiAI understand whether beta users can find important pages, whether product workflows are being used successfully, where errors occur, and which features need improvement before wider release.
Analytics is not used to make automated legal, employment, credit, insurance, or similar high-impact decisions about users.
Choices and requests
Users may control cookies and similar technologies through browser settings, device settings, and available Google controls. Blocking some cookies or technologies may affect analytics measurement and may affect sign-in, security, billing, or product functionality where those technologies are necessary.
