Billing Policy
This page explains the current MAG OptiAI billing model and the self-serve subscription actions that are available at launch.
What self-serve billing allows
Self-serve billing supports eligible launch-catalog purchases when the target plan is not already covered by an active subscription on the account.
The current self-serve catalog includes individual product subscriptions, applicable family bundles, and MAG OptiAI Suite.
What is not available through self-serve billing
Some plan changes are still handled manually through support/contact rather than automated self-serve flows.
Examples include same-product billing-term changes, overlapping same-family consolidation into a bundle, and certain transitions into or out of Suite when active subscriptions already exist.
Plans that are already included through an active bundle or Suite subscription are also not separately purchasable through self-serve billing.
Included AI credits and top-ups
Included AI credits are granted monthly for eligible paid subscriptions.
Annual billing changes payment term, not monthly credit cadence.
One-time AI credit top-ups are available for active paid workspaces through the authenticated billing workspace.
Access and active subscriptions
Product access is based on the active eligible subscriptions associated with the account.
When multiple eligible subscriptions are active, access may be combined across those purchased products according to the current plan and entitlement model.
Billing support and manual changes
Billing exceptions, commercial adjustments, and manual plan changes are reviewed through MAG OptiAI billing support rather than automated in-product flows.
Billing requests may use billing@magoptiai.com. General support requests may use support@magoptiai.com. These aliases are published operational contact channels and should be verified through mailbox/provider setup.
