Cancellation Policy
This page explains how cancellations currently work for MAG OptiAI subscriptions at launch.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
After cancellation is set, access continues through the already-paid billing period. Future billing does not continue after that period ends.
What cancellation does not change
Cancellation does not immediately remove access for the already paid billing period.
Cancellation also does not automatically convert the account into a different product, billing term, or Suite/individual structure.
Manual support cases
If a customer wants to move between individual products and MAG OptiAI Suite, or change billing terms for the same product, those changes are handled manually through billing support. Billing requests may use billing@magoptiai.com, and general support requests may use support@magoptiai.com.
