Step 1

Open Product Finder

Start from Pro Console and open Product Finder when you are not sure which workspace matches your operational problem.

How to do it

  1. 1From the Pro Console home screen, click Product Finder.
  2. 2Product Finder opens as a guided flow.
  3. 3It asks a few short questions about your operational need.
  4. 4Use these steps to get the recommended workspace.

Why this matters

Product Finder helps you quickly identify the best-fit workspace without needing to know every product in detail.

Tip

If you already know which product you need, you can open that workspace directly from Solutions.

Step 2

Choose your problem area

Product Finder starts by asking which broad problem area best matches your need. Select the option that is closest to your operational challenge.

How to do it

  1. 1Review the four problem areas shown on the screen.
  2. 2Read the short description under each option.
  3. 3Select the option that is closest to your operational challenge.
  4. 4Click Next to continue.

Why this matters

This first choice helps Product Finder narrow the recommendation before asking more specific follow-up questions.

Tip

If you are not sure which option to choose, select the closest match. You can still review the recommendation before opening the workspace.

Step 3

Answer the follow-up question

After you choose a problem area, Product Finder may ask a more specific question to narrow the recommendation.

How to do it

  1. 1Review the workflow options shown on the screen.
  2. 2Choose the option that best matches your goal.
  3. 3If your choice is forecasting, anomaly detection, fraud scoring, extraction, or document Q&A, select that card.
  4. 4Click Next to see the recommended workspace.

Why this matters

The follow-up question helps Product Finder move from a broad problem area to a more specific workspace recommendation.

Tip

The follow-up question may change depending on the problem area you selected in the previous step.

  2. 2Check the product badge and included status.
  3. 3Use Quickstart, Input Spec, or Use Case if you need more details.
